Our Policies
Availability:
The availability of some products depends on harvest conditions. We will notify
you if we cannot fill your order on a certain item.
Ordering:
We take orders from the USA only.
There are two ways to order:
- By phone: 231-499-5455,
using our our product pages as reference. You may pay via personal check or money
order. Your order will not be shipped until the check clears.
- Online via our product pages which uses the secure PayPal shopping cart
system – this allows you to pay in a variety of ways using, such as using any major
credit card, or electronic transfer via
your own PayPal account.
Click on the Add to Cart button next the desired item, this adds it to your shopping
cart. To view the shopping cart at any time, click on the View Cart button at the
bottom of the page.
Note that in the shopping cart window you can adjust the quantity of an item, or
remove items, and then update the shopping cart details. Be sure to do this before
checking out!
To complete an order, click on the Checkout button from the shopping cart window.
You will receive an order confirmation email from PayPal.
Shipping and Insurance:
We ship to the USA only.
Once PayPal confirms the order, the package is weighed, and a notification
of the total cost owed will be sent to you via email.
All orders are held until payment is received.
Any order over $5.00 is insured.
All products are shipped via one of these carriers: Federal Express, UPS (United
Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Post Office. FedEx and UPS automatically
include tracking numbers; for USPS, tracking numbers are available upon request.
Smaller packages can be sent Priority (USPS) if you need a time line of delivery
and are willing to pay the higher prices.
Delivery:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from time of shipping.
Returning:
Should any items be damaged or spoiled, please contact us regarding replacement.
